Arizona tax laws allow C & S corporations and insurance companies that pay an insurance premium tax to receive a 100% tax credit for contributions to Brophy Community Foundation (BCF).

How it works:

  1. Visit our BCF Corporate Donation Page  OR contact Dawn Kennedy at dkennedy@brophyprep.org or 602-264-5291 x6500 
  2. BCF will submit your application to the Arizona Department of Revenue (ADOR) for approval.
  3. ADOR will approve within 20 days and BCF will notify you immediately.
  4. The company must make payment to BCF within 20 days of approval.
  5. Company claims the approved amount on its Arizona income tax return.
